Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation 24+ hours before: 100% refund. No questions asked.
  • Cancellation within 24 hours: No refund (operators have already committed resources).
  • No-show: No refund.
  • Activity cancelled by operator: 100% refund within 3–5 business days.
  • Weather cancellations: We'll offer a free reschedule or 100% refund.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Booking Policy

  • Only 10% advance payment required to confirm your booking.
  • Balance is paid directly to the operator on the day of activity.
  • Instant confirmation via SMS and WhatsApp after payment.
  • Please carry a printed or digital copy of your booking confirmation.

Safety & Liability

Triplina acts as a booking platform and marketplace. All activities are conducted by independently licensed operators who carry their own insurance and safety certifications. Triplina is not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses during activities. Participants must follow all safety instructions from operators.

Privacy Policy

We collect your name, email, and phone number solely to process your booking and communicate with you about your trip. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Payment processing is handled by PayU; we do not store card details.
